Fiberglass Cutter & Grinder
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting for an experienced Cutter/Grinder to work on our fiberglass boats. Employees are responsible for trimming and grinding all rough fiberglass and making necessary cuts and through holes for assembly installation. Entry pay starts at $16.50 per hour.
Fiberglass Laminator
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting for Fiberglass Laminators. Experience is preferred but on the job training is available. Entry pay starts at $16.50 per hour.
Normal schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5AM- 3:45PM.
Fiberglass Repair Worker (Patcher)
Fiberglass Repair Worker (Patchers).
Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts and preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas.
